“We used Balance Design and Construction to design and build our first home. We are over the moon with the finished result. Being our first home, we were very green to the whole process of buying a block and building a home. The Team at Balance were very accomodating, walking us through process’s with insight and advice. We also were building from a distance during on-and-off lockdowns, so their use of the Building App which provided us with ongoing schedules, photo updates, documents and a cycle of feedback kept us well and truly involved. They were very approachable and in constant communication, even regarding matters outside of the project such as moving advice, and opportunities once we had relocated to the area.

As for the actual design and build, we had little idea ourselves entering into the project, but their designing process was excellent, factoring in the blocks size and shape, and marrying it into a design that suited our own lifestyle input. It was a customised build with no hidden costs or extra’s other than new additions we ourselves requested; which, was still very very reasonably priced. On price, we absolutely feel we got complete value for money; a quality home build just how we wished that hasn’t put us under financial pressure in the long run.

We got to know Balance in 2016, we inspected their work and a few lengthy meetings with them. In 2017 we commissioned them to build a complex of 6 townhouses in Park Beach area. They worked with us closely, came up with innovative designs and their standard ranges are of good quality. In 2018, we commissioned them to build a set of duplex in Junction Hill Grafton. We are very happy with their build and their professional approach to build and service. One hears so many horrid stories of dodgy builders, that is why choosing a good builder who will do the right thing by you is SO important. We will build with them again absolutely!!

My recent experience building with the Balance Design & Construction team was a wonderful experience & one I’d definitely do again, given the chance. Our new home is just delightful, and all we had wished for! The quality of workmanship is wonderful, with any minor adjustments being done without fuss or bother. Custom made additions were constructed exactly as requested & made our house an exquisite masterpiece.
