The design, which consists of three pods of two townhouses, maximises the available space. Each townhouse has a two car garage, open plan living/dining/kitchen, third toilet, and comfortable alfresco on the ground level. Walk up the hardwood stairs to the second level and you will find a rumpus room, master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite, family bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with built-in robes.
Working in such a tight site present a range of construction challenges, but our project manager handled these challenges expertly. In the end, we delivered the project safely and on-budget.
Our clients decided to do the landscaping themselves. We provided the landscaping plans and ensured their selection of plants would satisfy Council’s requirements. We thing the end result is fantastic.
